Our research process includes telephone verification of all projects to ensure validity and accuracy. Only projects with a total value of $500K and more are added to the database, presenting the most lucrative opportunities.

Hotel Profiles

Hotel Profiles is an online database of existing hotels that provide detailed information on each property including key contacts (general manager, property manager and owner), room count, opening date, chain/brand, scale, amenities and news/updates. All of this data is available through an advanced search engine that allows users to quickly identify and analyze hotel properties in their target market.

Not (yet) the most comprehensive but the most accurate and detailed

All data in Hotel Profiles is compiled by a research team and all contact information is obtained or verified through telephone research. In fact we make almost 10K phone calls each month to add and modify the database to deliver the most accurate data possible.

Hotel Profiles contains more than 38,500 reports. We're continuing to build out the database by adding more than 2,000 reports each month. We do not profile properties with less than 25 rooms or "zero" star lodging properties.

More than Just a Lead

In addition to providing detailed property information for each hotel, Hotel Profiles provide insight into the companies that manage and own the hotels through Company Reports.

Company Reports provide location/contact information for the company, the hotels they own/manage, the companies they work with, and an analysis of their geographic markets.
