What are Hotel Construction and Hotel Profiles?

Hotel Construction and Hotel Profiles are two separate database products developed by BuildCentral, Inc., a provider of sales and market intelligence products in construction and real estate.

Hotel Construction is an online database of hotel construction projects, openings and the key decision makers. Each report includes the location, key dates (construction, opening), # of rooms, scale, value, project description and the key contacts.

Hotel Profiles is an online database of existing hotels that provide detailed information on each property including key contacts (general manager, property manager and owner), room count, opening date, chain/brand, scale, amenities and news/updates. All of this data is available through an advanced search engine that allows users to quickly identify and analyze hotel properties in their target market.

What are your sources? Where do you get your information?

We have a highly trained research staff that gathers the information from thousands of resources, including those that are publicly available (articles, government filings, etc) and direct from project/building owners and managers. None of the information contained in Hotel Construction and Hotel Profiles is collected with automated web crawlers nor licensed from third parties. It is collected, entered, and verified by BuildCentrals research staff.

Who uses Hotel Construction and Hotel Profiles?

Both are used by sales, marketing and management executives to discover new opportunities, analyze markets and to create custom applications.

How often is the site updated?

New projects and profiles are added daily Monday - Friday.

Due to copyright and pirating issues, download capabilities are not available with a standard subscription. Hotel Profiles does offer a download subscription option in lieu of standard online access. You'll see this option during the subscription process. What if I want to cancel my subscription?

You can cancel at the end of the initial Term or any Renewal Term, without penalty, by providing written notice to the other party at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the initial Term or any Renewal term thereafter. To ensure that the correct account is cancelled, we DO NOT cancel accounts by e-mail request or any other means. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm Central Time. We will provide an e-mail confirmation for your cancelled account.
